XC7Z030-2FFG676I Zynq-7000 All Programmable SoC

Higher-density Xilinx Zynq-7000 SoC with dual ARM Cortex-A9 and Artix-7 FPGA fabric (125K logic cells) for embedded computing and edge-AI acceleration.

Product Overview

The XC7Z030-2FFG676I extends the Zynq-7000 platform with a larger Artix-7 programmable-logic array while keeping the same dual ARM Cortex-A9 Processing System. The -2 speed grade and industrial temperature range make it suitable for rugged embedded computing, advanced embedded vision and protocol offload. Engineers use the PL to accelerate FFT, vision pipelines and custom interfaces that the Cortex-A9 PS cannot economically handle in software.

Key Features

  • – Dual ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore with CoreSight debug, up to 866 MHz
  • – Artix-7 FPGA fabric with 125K logic cells for hardware acceleration
  • – 9.3 Mb Block RAM for buffering and FIFO structures
  • – 400 DSP slices for high-throughput DSP / vision math
  • – Industrial temperature range (-40°C to 100°C)
  • – Rich PS peripherals: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, GigE
  • – Single-chip PS+PL co-design
