The AD9238 is a dual-channel ADC that offers a highly efficient and low-power solution for applications requiring fast and accurate digital conversion. Operating with a single 3 V supply, it provides excellent performance with 12-bit resolution, achieving a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 70 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 80.5 dBc at a data rate of 65 MSPS. The dual integrated sample-and-hold amplifiers (SHAs) allow for high-precision sampling, ensuring accuracy even with fast input signals.
