With the industry’s highest benchmark scores in its class, STM32F4 MCUs combine real-time MCU control with digital signal processing capabilities, offering up to 225 DMIPS/608 CoreMark at 180 MHz.
Thanks to ST’s embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) and ART Accelerator™, the STM32F4 series achieves outstanding performance while maintaining excellent power efficiency—ranging from 89 µA/MHz on STM32F410 to 260 µA/MHz on STM32F439.
