Description
The NXP Kinetis KL46 series microcontrollers are built on the ultra-efficient Arm Cortex-M0+ core, running at up to 48 MHz, and are optimized for low power and high performance. The KL46 series is fully compatible with other Kinetis L families and the Kinetis K4x family, offering developers a seamless upgrade path. It provides up to 256 KB Flash and 32 KB SRAM, ideal for general-purpose embedded applications. Designed with market-leading ultra-low power capabilities, it achieves run consumption as low as 50 μA/MHz and static consumption down to 2 μA with fast wakeup. The KL46 family includes rich peripherals such as USB 2.0 OTG controller, segment LCD controller supporting up to 51 frontplanes, capacitive touch sensing (TSI), 16-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, multiple communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, I2S), hardware timers, and a flexible energy-saving architecture based on 90 nm TFS technology.
