TM1621 LCD Driver IC
The TM1621 is a 128-pattern (32×4) memory mapping and multi-function LCD driver IC designed for a variety of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display systems. It features a simple 4-wire or 5-wire interface with the host controller and includes a power-down command to reduce power consumption.
